GENERAL (Questions for each chapter)
1. "True, saving Christianity is not the mere believing a certain set of opinions and holding a certain set of notions. Its essence is knowing, trusting, and loving a certain living Person who died for us - even Christ the Lord."
2. Christ has done and is doing amazing things for those who are His. "A true Christian loves Christ for all He has done for him. And he loves Him for all that He is still doing."
3. "A man may lack clear head-knowledge and yet be saved. He may fail in courage and be overcome by the fear of man like Peter. He may fall tremendously, like David, and yet rise again. But if a man does not love Christ he is not in the way of life."

The peculiar marks by which love to Christ makes itself known.

(b) I need to encourage people, including myself, to listen to and to preach sermons that are FILLED with Jesus Christ.

6. I need to love Jesus Christ more and encourage others to do the same. This is so much more than head-knowledge but it does include head-knowledge.
