Hello, my name is Dave Rodgers and I am very excited to be the pastor of Children/Family Ministry and Christian Education at Trinity Baptist. As part of my role, I have the privilege of overseeing Trinity's ministry to young adults.
I want to share with you what we want to do as a young adult ministry at Trinity Baptist Church.
We know God designed real life to be lived out
because of the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus,
through the power of the Holy Spirit, and
in the community of believers, called the church, that God provided to equip us to do the work of the ministry.
It is our prayer and desire that the young adult ministry will do what EVERY ministry at Trinity should do. Equipping the saints, young and old "for the work of ministry, for building up the body of Christ, until we all attain to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to mature manhood, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ." (Ephesians 4:12, 13)
Here are two church-wide opportunities at Trinity Baptist Church to grow.
- The weekly service provides opportunities to sing praise to God, hear God's word preach, and connect with other believers.
- Adult Christian Education classes provide specific teaching on specific books of the Bible and specific topics.
