Ephesians

Ephesians Bible Reading Plan

This six-week plan focuses on the book of Ephesians.  It is designed to be a slow, thoughtful read.
As of 3/22/22, there are 8 men doing this reading.  Feel free to invite others to join us.

Share what you have been reading with the other men in the group through
text messages
this google docs page -  https://tinyurl.com/ephesiansreading
face to face meetings - If you are interested in meeting face to face text the group about possible meeting times.

Suggested plan.  This is one way you can read through each passage.

Day 1 - Read through the passage.  Mark anything that stands out in the reading
Day 2 - Read through the passage. Look for commands to follow, prayers to pray, sins to avoid.
Day 3 - Read through the passage twice.  Write a one-sentence summary of the passage

Ephesians 1:16 - 23 - March 24 - 26

Ephesians 2:1 - 10 - March 28 - 30

1:1-14
Hope you have prayerfully read the first section 1:1-14.  Over the next six weeks, Wednesdays and weekends will be days everyone should try to share something from the section read.  If a longer response share on this docs page.  If a shorter response, share through text.   To get things started I want to share an observation with a question.  "In him" or "in love" appears several times.  What do we have in him?  Other observations can be shared also.  D.R.

Looks like it will allow me to post now. Nothing spiritual to say, but my initial post was more to say I am reading and holding myself accountable. Tough schedule I have, and I am changing life habits. It is going well so far. Look to get more into this, and get more out of it.

In the meantime, anyone have an audio bible App they recommend?

Kurt

Ephesians 2:1 - 10

Take some time to read and reflect on Ephesians 2:1-10 today and tomorrow.
Verses 4 through 7 contain such a great reminder of who God is and what He has done for us!

To get you thinking about the passage – According to 1 – 10, what does God’s love, grace, and mercy do?

Be sure to share things you are learning or being reminded of from the book Ephesians.

Could be someone in this group, someone in your family, a co-worker or friend - just make it someone
